Our approach is to work in partnership with the business owner, CEO, board and senior management team in an ongoing support role. We will be available to assist with:
- Business planning updates
- Negotiations with stakeholders including financiers
- Ongoing workshops with senior management team to retest business plan strategy and progress to date
- Review and reconfirm business performance improvement action plans
- Undertake interim projects if required
- Continual reinforcement/re-energize the momentum of the leadership team
- Ensure that the maximum value of the business is being realised
